Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. If you subscribe before a free trial ends, the remainder of the trial period will be forfeited. You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your account settings in the App Store.

구매햇는데

구매햇는데 phurchase error 라며 돈은 청구되고 사용은 못하는중입니다

동영상 오류

너무 잘 사용하고 있는데
동영상이 자꾸 세로로 길게 늘려져서 저장되는데
엄청 불편하네요.. 프레임 크기 안맞으면 저장했을 때 비는 부분이 블랙으로 표시되는것도 원래 안그랬는데 이상하게 바뀐것같아요... 어떻게 해결할수 있나요? 너무 좋아하는 앱인데 이부분 꼭 해결되었음 좋겠어요

유료 구매 필터 사용

최근 핸드폰을 변경했습니다. 변경하기 전에 핸드폰에서 2500원을 주고 유료필터를 사용하고 있었는데 새 핸드폰에 다시 다운 받으니 다시 결제해서 사용하라고 하는데 어떻게 된건가요? 같은 애플이메일로 앱스토어 사용중입니다,,

이봐! 구입 항목을 복원하려면 Unfold 를 열고 상점으로 이동 한 다음 (오른쪽 하단의 가방 아이콘을 누르십시오) 아래로 스크롤하여“구매 항목 복원”을 누르십시오. 이렇게하면 Apple ID에서 모든 펼친 항목이 복원됩니다. 그래도 문제가 해결되지 않으면 hello@unfold.us로 전자 메일을 보내주십시오.
